Mini Chapter~Meet the Gulley's

 

    The Gulley's are a new family to town! This is their house, they are an Upper Middle class family. Mr. Gulley will be the new town doctor. His family decided to move from Wales to Alfreda Isle for a fresh start. They are a Protestant family and plan on being regular attendee's at St. Margaret's Parish.

    The Gulley family shown above. Mr. Franklin Gulley was the son of an Italian poet and his Spainish mistress, he was born illegitimate and thus was sent to be raised by his mother's aunt who recently wed a Welsh businessman. They legally adopted him and he became the only ever child of his ma and pa. They treated their only son very well and sent him to London to become educated in the field of medicine. While in London he met Ann Lowers. Ann was the daughter of his boarders, and the pair fell in love. When Franklin returned to Wales they wrote love letters and he begged his parents to allow their marriage, they both declined and threatened that if he did he would be cut off. He decided that love mattered above all and he ran to London. They got eloped in the presence of Ann's family a few days later. Half-way through her first pregnancy, Franklin received news his parents died in a fire and did not boot him out of the will. He know had a decent amount of money and after discussing it with Ann he became a traveling doctor. Ann and Franklin after years of being worn down from constant travel with four children could not wait to settle down in Alfreda Isle. Their eldest child is Lizabet(shown in blue)! Next is Mae(shown in green). Then they have two sons the eldest being Gilbert(who is held by Ann), then the current youngest is Vincent(who is in the arms of his father). The eldest girls are very excited to meet and have long-term friends for the first time!

    The Gulley's have also hired Magdalena to help with duties and such. Magdalena Alston is the eldest surviving child of the Alston generation 2! She is very excited for the opportunity to help and have something to do with her life! She dreams of marriage but that seems like it will not happen for some time sadly......

Fun Fact: Franklin and Ann are the first ever sims I made using pooklet method!
