Family breakfast on a snowy morning. Little Gregory was finishing up his bath thus he could not make it down on time! This family are very intellectual all having high logic skills and love discussing
philosophy, education, medicine, women's rights, etc. over some good breakfast. Eloise even brought up how she would love to become an educator as the children are still being sent over to a neighboring town for their education which is such a hassle! Catheryn is nervous she brought up her daughters to be too opinionated for marriage but has realized that marriage is not always everything and her daughters seem to be fine amazing young ladies!
Catheryn Mary Newton has aged into a fine respectable elder! She is the first founder to become an elder. Catheryn has gone through it all, the loss of a husband and a daughter. Yet her family has elevated out of low class to being lower middle. She is such a strong woman and has strong character! Definitely my favorite founder of all!
Gregory Newton has aged up into a teenager! He is a knowledge sim with turn-ons of Logical and Creative and a turn-off of Glasses. He dreams of becoming a pianist as he has a love for the piano!
Adelia Newton has aged up into a full grown adult. She decided to fix up one of her mother's old dresses and has gotten a new hairdo. She doesn't really have an interest in marriage and just wants to remain managing the business.
Thomas and Gregory are the best pair of brothers! They are bestfriends and are very close! And their older sisters are also best friends!
This family are such a close bunch! There are constantly cute family moments to capture! Catheryn wishes her husband and second daughter, Meredith were alive but she truly has no regrets and is proud of every single one of her children!
Catheryn is still her same old self despite her age! She refuses for any of her children to help her with the reeds. She even put an end to the discussion ever again with the statement of "I am still capable, and will do that till I die!"
Benjamin Jankel and Eloise Newton have become good friends, but Eloise cannot get rid of the feeling he likes her as more than friends. Which to Eloise is something she does not desire, as she wants to be independent and has no interest in marriage nor kids! I just hope she doesn't break his heart and that they can remain good friends.
Dorothea Woode and Gregory Newton have become close! I find them to be an interesting pair as she comes from a long line of servants and a difficult situation in the home she works at. While Gregory comes from an very pro-education and radical(for those times) family.
A few days after their intimate night, Dorothea comes over on a mission to tell Gregory something that may make or break their possible union.
"Gregory...I don't really know how to word this..but I must tell you this as it is what you deserve to know," Dorothea said with a look of shame on her face. Gregory just nodded seriously and had so many thoughts running through his head.
"I am not pure, my employer...he....-"
"Dorothea does he do things that are not proper?," Gregory asked immediately yearning to console her.
"It's just my whole family's career...I couldn't..." Dorothea chokes up with tears rolling down her face.
"Dorothea, I love you," Gregory responds going down on his knee.
"I can't believe this! Why?! I'm not pure...," Dorothea tells him.
"Dorothea, your the love of my life. Your honorable and have good values! You deserve to have a nice house filled with kids and love! My family will adore you and you deserve to not be subjugated by a man who controls you," Gregory says pulling his love into a heavy embrace.
"I can't believe this! Why?! I'm not pure...," Dorothea tells him.
